The first step is to open the Parivahan official website: https://parivahan.gov.in/ and select the main menu to Vehicle Related Service from Online Services.
Now select your state and RTO. Click on the Proceed button.
Select the main menu to Services to RC Related Service to Application for Duplicate RC.
Enter the vehicle registration number and chassis number, and click on VERIFY DETAILS.
Now, fill in all details such as date of birth, name, vehicle information, and others. And click on the Next button.
The next step is to upload required documents, photo, and signature.
pay application fees for a duplicate RC book, click on the Pay Now button, and you will be redirected to pay by UPI or net banking. The fee is 150 for two-wheelers and 300 for four-wheelers.
The final step is to click on the Submit Application button and generate an acknowledgement number. (some state required to visit the RTO office and verify documents) Your application submit succefull, and you will get your RC book at home.
